Paladar "Encuentro " -Holguin

sta in calle Aguilera 204 da quello che vedo recita una entusiasta rece canadiense su tripadvisor..
ci sono capitato un venerdi' di fine dicembre scorso,ed è stato l'unico paladar holguinero che non ci ha rechazado alle 23 y pico..anzi eravamo gli unici due avventori e ci hanno cmq servito..
esperienza molto buona ed insperata...notevole pure la cockteleria..
per cui una novita' da consigliare al Pupas..
..non ricordo dove stia esattamente..ci siamo capitati buscando un paladar con un taxi..non dovrebbe essere troppo lontano dal centro ma nemmeno troppo vicino mi sa..
spesa sui 25 cuc in due con langosta per me e cockteleria..direi mediamente un po' piu' alto di altri nuovi e buoni paladar holguineri come il Peralta..ma cmq spesi bene..

While passing through a Cuban niebour hood one evening on the way back to my casa I stumbled upon Encuentro Resturant and Bar. Am I ever glad I stummbled upon this cozy place as it was indeed the best tastes of Cuban cuzine of all my visits to this island. It offers a main dining room with a half a dozen tables, a more private dinning room for groups and a small garden patio. The atmosphere is very soft and calming as tables are set with white and blue table clothes and the table settings are perfectly placed and of fine quality. There are many arts on the wall to enjoy and mostly of eagles. They play a wonderfull selection of music from some of the worlds most famous artist. The washroom is of the cleanest I've ever used in Cuba. The staff are so attentive, friendly, speak good english and go the extra mile to make your dinning experiance there most enjoyable. Lets get to the food. Amazing to the point where the most enjoyable part of my day was to eat at Encuentro. They have a wide variety of tastes. Beef, chicken, pork, fish, shrimps, lobster and so on. I enjoyed many dishes but my favorite was the seafood soup, american style lobster and to finish egg carmel cake. It was told to me the chef was world renowned for his abilities. Of other tourist advise I tried Resturant 1910 although very good the real jewel of Holguin is Encuentro. Be sure to find time to enjoy a meal at Encuentro while vacationing in Holguin as I'm sure you wont be disapointed. The average cost for two persons with drinks, apps, main course and desert was 21 CUC. Almost forgot you can also enjoy some of the islands nicest exotic drinks there. All I have left to say is ENJOY and hopefully I will see this site fill up with wonderful reviews for Encuentro.
